Role Summary
The Intern, Quality Assurance is responsible for assisting with daily quality assurance monitoring and food safety matters. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring product quality and compliance within the organization.
Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in daily quality assurance activities and collaborate with various teams to uphold food safety standards. You will be involved in handling product complaints, supporting management reviews, and assisting with regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily quality assurance monitoring.
- Handle and review product complaints according to procedures.
- Compile QA activities for management review.
- Assist in outlet registration with governmental bodies.
- Support effective and timely processing of product complaints, including investigation and reporting.
- Perform special projects or tasks assigned by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related discipline.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese for both spoken and written.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
