The Intern is responsible for assisting in project planning and operational activities. This role provides valuable support to various departments and contributes to the successful execution of projects within the organization.

The intern will engage in daily operational tasks, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. They will be involved in documentation, coordination, and tracking progress across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning and documentation.
• Support daily operational activities including vendor coordination.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities and inspections.
• Prepare meeting minutes and status reports for management.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in site visits and update project documentation.
• Support tender and procurement processes.
• Maintain asset and maintenance records.
