Intern – Sunway Berhad

The Intern - Technician is responsible for assisting in building inspections and maintenance activities. This role involves supporting technicians in various tasks related to property management operations in a dynamic work environment.

As an Intern - Technician, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include conducting routine checks on mechanical and electrical systems, identifying defects, and supporting preventive maintenance efforts. You will also assist in repair and troubleshooting work, gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building inspections and maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine checks on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Identify defects and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Support repair and troubleshooting work for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Help technicians with basic handyman tasks such as painting and minor carpentry.
• Document and report tasks, recording work done and updating checklists.
• Report progress or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
