As an International Patient Care Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international patients, assisting them throughout their healthcare journey. Your responsibilities include greeting patients, coordinating with medical staff, facilitating communication, and addressing non-medical needs. You will also manage patient feedback and collaborate with various hospital departments to ensure a seamless experience.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Customer Relation, Marketing or Related
1-3 years of experience in healthcare or related field
Experience in Customer Experience
Knowledge of healthcare industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Chinese/Cambodia language is added value
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
