Job Description

As an International Patient Care Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for international patients, assisting them throughout their healthcare journey. Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Customer Relation, Marketing or Related

1-3 years of experience in healthcare or related field

Experience in Customer Experience

Knowledge of healthcare industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Chinese/Cambodia language is added value

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
