The position involves assisting with preparing invoices, payments, and receipts, as well as supporting month-end closing and account reconciliation. Other duties include updating accounting records, verifying supplier invoices, maintaining petty cash and bank transaction records, performing data entry, assisting with audit preparation, and supporting the accounting team with various administrative tasks.
Diploma or degree student in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Internship period of minimum 3 months.
