The Internship Sales Operation is responsible for supporting the sales team in various operational tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and customer service within a dynamic team environment.

As an intern in Sales Operation, you will assist in the daily activities of the sales team, contributing to the preparation of essential documents and maintaining customer records. You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Support the sales team in daily coordination and follow-up tasks.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery arrangements.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
• Assist in monitoring stock, documentation, and operational records.
• Support sales operation workflow and reporting.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
