The Internship Accounting & Business Administrative is responsible for supporting various administrative and accounting tasks. This role involves maintaining organized records, assisting with invoicing, and contributing to client engagement processes in a dynamic work environment.

Job Description

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include preparing documents, managing correspondence, and supporting data migration tasks. You will work closely with supervisors and internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various documents, including letters and reports.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment processing.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
  • Support data migration tasks as required.
  • Coordinate client engagement processes effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
  • Schedule meetings and handle correspondence with clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to basic project coordination and tracking.

Job Requirements

Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, organize work, and manage priorities.

Willingness to learn, be proactive, and responsible in assigned duties.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
