The Internship Accounts is responsible for supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial processes within a dynamic work environment.

As an Accounting Intern, you will assist the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations. You will engage in tasks such as accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice preparation, and reconciliations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices and e-invoices accurately.
• Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Verify expenses and support month-end close tasks.
• Maintain organized digital records for easy access.
• Prepare schedules for audits and tax purposes.
• Update aging reports and follow up on outstanding items with vendors.
• Support data entry and checks in the accounting system.
• Ensure compliance of supporting documents with company policies.
