This role is an Internship Admin Assistant position focused on providing general administrative and clerical support to teams and departments. The job includes managing communications, maintaining office supplies and schedules, performing data entry, organizing filing systems, and supporting various office functions and onboarding activities.
The role involves providing general administrative and clerical support to teams and departments, including managing emails, phone calls, inquiries, and maintaining office supplies and schedules. The position requires performing data entry, maintaining databases, generating reports, organizing filing systems, and assisting with report preparation and onboarding activities. Additionally, the role includes ensuring office functionality and compliance with internal SOPs, supporting subsidiaries as assigned, and performing other administrative duties as needed.
Multilingual candidates especially with Mandarin are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & etc).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented, proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
