Role Summary

The Internship Admin Assistant is responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to various teams and departments. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with internal procedures.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing communications and maintaining office supplies. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and phone calls to ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Generate reports and assist in report preparation.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Ensure office functionality and compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Assist subsidiaries with administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Multilingual candidates, especially with Mandarin, are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
