Job Description

The Administrative Executive role supports the operations team by managing daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient internal processes. Responsibilities include coordinating purchase orders, updating tracking files, preparing delivery orders, handling discrepancies, facilitating communication across departments, managing sensitive information confidentially, and assisting with administrative requests as needed.

Job Requirements

Education qualification of SPM, STPM, A-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.

Good command of Mandarin and English languages is required.

Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy is important.

Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data efficiently is needed.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.

No prior experience is needed as fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

The position is available as an internship or full-time role.

The job location is at Modern Surf, Klang Jaya.
