Role Summary

The Internship - Admin / Sales is responsible for supporting the operations of an outbound travel agency. This role involves assisting with various administrative and sales tasks to ensure smooth travel arrangements and excellent customer service.

Job Description

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include preparing travel documents, managing bookings, and providing support during and after tours. You will work closely with multiple teams and service providers to facilitate seamless travel experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with travel document preparation.
  • Support booking arrangements for various travel packages.
  • Manage system and data related to travel operations.
  • Provide on-tour support to travelers.
  • Offer post-tour assistance and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in sales activities and customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program in Tourism, Business, Sales or related field.

Minimum internship duration: 3 months.

CGPA: 3.30 or above.

Strong ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
