Responsibilities include office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling support, and maintaining office supplies, as well as assisting with internal meetings.
Open to Diploma and Bachelor's degree students in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or related fields.
Passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the e-commerce industry, especially in the fashion niche.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance.
Basic knowledge of social media, online shopping platforms, or customer chat tools is an added advantage.
Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Internship duration: minimum 3 months (priority given to those available for longer).
