This role involves leading Human Resources functions in a fast-growing e-commerce company. The Senior HR executive is responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws. They will also develop HR policies, improve employee engagement, manage disciplinary matters, collaborate with management on workforce planning, maintain HR records, and prepare HR reports.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an HR executive or senior HR position.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Able to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
