Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic environment, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and training. You will collaborate closely with management to enhance workforce planning and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Conduct performance management reviews and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports for management review.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in an HR executive or senior HR position.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
