This position is for an Administrative Intern based in Gelugor, Penang, offering a monthly allowance of RM500 to RM800. It is suitable for fresh graduates or students pursuing a Diploma or Degree, providing hands-on experience in office management and event coordination.
The Administrative Intern will work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role involves assisting with office document organization, managing supplies and pantry stock, supporting festive gifting coordination, helping with recruitment tasks including job ad management, and recording daily cash and beverage sales along with stock monitoring.
Proficient in Mandarin, with working knowledge of English and Malay.
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Willing to learn and able to assist in multiple administrative tasks.
