This position is for an Office Admin Intern based in Kuala Lumpur. It offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in office administrative tasks while receiving an allowance ranging from RM800 to RM1500.
The Office Admin Intern role is located at Plaza Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position is open to fresh graduates and current students pursuing Diploma or Degree qualifications. Responsibilities include file archiving, inventory stock take, customer reception, purchasing support for a livestream studio, and general office administrative tasks.
Familiar with Google Drive, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
Experience not required; fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
