Role Summary

Job Description
As a Livestream E-Commerce Intern, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of livestream shopping events, working closely with hosts and various platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring live sessions and analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of livestream shopping sessions.
- Prepare products and coordinate schedules for livestream events.
- Support hosts with pre-live setup and technical requirements.
- Monitor live performance during sessions to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on post-live tasks and ensure timely reporting.
- Analyze livestream data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with platforms like TikTok for campaign participation and event coordination.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related fields.
Interest in livestreaming, influencer marketing, or e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Facebook Live is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Mandarin, with basic English and Malay communication skills.
