The Internship Card Center Officer role involves assisting in various card-related operations such as processing card applications, supporting activation, maintenance, and closure processes, and resolving customer inquiries. The intern will also participate in monitoring and reconciling card transactions, collaborate with other departments to improve card products, assist in preparing reports, and gain hands-on experience with card processing tools.
The intern must be able to start the internship in Jan/Feb 2026 with a duration of more than 4-6 months.
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferably a final year or final semester student.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
