As an Internship Children Leadership Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring children in leadership skills through interactive activities and workshops. You will assist in developing programs that foster teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Your role will involve creating a supportive environment where children can express themselves and build confidence. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior coaches to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
Passion for working with children and youth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in coaching or mentoring is a plus
