
The Internship Customer Experience Intern (Defect & Property Management) is responsible for assisting in customer service and property management tasks. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in defect management and supports the overall homeowner experience.
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will engage in daily interactions with homeowners and assist in various property management activities. You will work in a collaborative environment, gaining insights into defect rectification and property handover processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently studying in Building Surveying, Construction, Property Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related fields.
Passionate about customer experience and property operations.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Team player with good communication skills.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
