Job Description
As a Finance & Admin Intern, you will assist the Finance & Admin team with daily tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and statutory submissions. You'll gain hands-on experience in a small team, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and maintain financial records.
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory documentation.
- Help with invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in payroll administration and related tasks.
- Engage in general office administration duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Available for a minimum of 3 months (6 months preferred).
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
