
The Internship for Customer Service is responsible for being the primary point of contact for customers. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will also process and fulfill customer orders while coordinating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency.
