This internship position involves maintaining accurate candidate and client information, engaging with jobseekers, and supporting various recruitment and administrative tasks. The role provides an opportunity to gain experience in the hiring process and related HR functions.
The role involves maintaining and updating candidate and client information accurately in the internal database. The candidate will engage with jobseekers via various communication methods to update database information, support employer branding, and screen or qualify profiles. The position includes sourcing potential candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting in market research and competitor analysis. Additional responsibilities include providing HR and administrative support such as data entry, documentation, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Working location : Midvalley City / Bukit Bintang, KL.
Working hours : Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm.
