Job Description
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for daily indoor sales operations, liaising with customers to process orders and inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. You will assist the sales team with various tasks, including preparing and following up on leads, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and supporting sales and production artworks. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop your design skills while working in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
Fresh graduates with a desire learning attitude and good sales communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
Able to start work immediately.
