Job Description
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will engage in daily indoor sales operations, liaising with customers to process orders and inquiries while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist the sales team with various tasks, including preparing and following up on leads, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, and supporting sales and production artworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily sales operations and customer interactions.
- Liaise with customers to process orders and inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in preparing and following up on leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with the design team on production artworks.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
Fresh graduates with a desire to learn and good sales communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
Able to start work immediately.
