As an Internship Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the sales team in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include processing orders, handling inquiries, and assisting with various sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to process orders and handle inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and following up on leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or be in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
Fresh graduates with a desire to learn and good sales communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an added advantage.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
