Job Description
As an Internship Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily indoor sales operations of designated products. Your role includes liaising with customers to process orders and handle inquiries, while providing excellent customer service. You will assist the sales team with various tasks, including preparing and following up on leads, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding the company's services and products.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
Fresh graduates with a desire learning attitude and good sales communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator would be an added advantage.
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Skills required: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Teamwork.
Ability to work independently.
