As an Internship Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant, you will prepare quotations, generate sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices. You will monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and communicate with customers via WhatsApp. Additionally, you will check supplier invoices and assist with various administrative tasks in a supportive office environment.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM or similar field, or be in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
Preferably familiar with SQL Accounting System, Microsoft Office, and Google Gsuite.
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
Language proficiency required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
