Job Description
The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting and executing end-to-end HR operations across Ollie & Hana's expanding outlets, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and culture engagement. The role requires coordination with outlet managers and management to ensure compliance and alignment with company values.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology or related fields.
1–3 years relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law, payroll basics, and HR processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for people, structure, and building a strong internal culture.
Bonus: Experience working in multi-branch businesses or fast-scaling SMEs.
