
The Internship Human Resources Administrative is responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and office management in a dynamic lifestyle concept store environment.
As an HR intern at Asian Secrets Sdn Bhd, you will engage in daily tasks that involve assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and managing HR documentation. You will work closely with the HR team in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
Keen to develop a career in HR, operations, or office management.
Available for a minimum 3-month internship.
