Job Description
As an Accounting Intern at Asian Secrets Sdn Bhd, you will engage in daily finance operations, contributing to essential tasks such as bookkeeping and financial reporting. You will work closely with the finance team, gaining insights into the financial management of a company focused on cultural preservation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements for management review.
- Support management reporting by providing relevant financial data.
- Assist in audit preparations and documentation.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to read/write in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCount, QNE, or similar accounting software is a bonus.
A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
