Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources department, contributing to recruitment processes and supporting employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and managing recruitment processes.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  • Support HR reporting and data entry tasks.
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Conduct basic research on HR policies and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Job Requirements

Motivated and detail-oriented individual.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with HR practices is a plus.
