
The Internship Admin is responsible for providing essential administrative support within the organization. This role involves assisting with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the office environment.
In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day administrative tasks, including organization and documentation. You will work closely with the manager to assist in recruiting new members and ensure the accuracy of information records while performing clerical accounting duties. *Key Responsibilities:* - Assist in recruiting new members. - Perform data entry while ensuring accuracy of information records. - Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems. - Provide essential administrative support to the team. - Handle various clerical accounting duties. - Work independently with minimal supervision. - Support the manager in daily operational tasks.
Bachelor/Diploma in Business Management/HR/Account equivalent.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in Cheras.
