Role Summary
The Internship ISO & QC ADMIN is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality control processes within a dynamic work environment.
Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in basic computer operations while working closely with the quality control team. You will be involved in various tasks that enhance your understanding of ISO standards and quality management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and outgoing product inspections based on quality guidelines and procedures.
- Manage and maintain project documentation effectively.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 17025.
- Collaborate with team members to improve quality processes.
- Utilize MS Office and other software for data management and analysis.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of quality control practices.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 17025.
Experience in quality management systems is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
Must be responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Own transportation is required.
