Job Description
As an IT Support Intern, you will engage in daily tasks that involve providing technical support and maintaining IT asset inventories. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and assist in various IT-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in logging and tracking IT incidents using the Jira ITSM system.
- Provide basic technical support to users and troubleshoot issues.
- Help document recurring problems and solutions for future reference.
- Support hardware and network setups as needed.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and ensure accurate records.
- Participate in security and compliance activities.
- Engage in learning and development initiatives related to IT service management and digitalization projects.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
Interest in learning ITSM tools such as Jira.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Eagerness to learn and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
