Job Description
The IT Support Intern is responsible for assisting in logging and tracking IT incidents using the Jira ITSM system, providing basic technical support, and helping document recurring problems. The role includes supporting hardware and network setups, maintaining IT asset inventories, supporting security and compliance activities, and participating in learning and development initiatives related to IT service management and digitalization projects.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and interest in learning ITSM tools such as Jira.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Eagerness to learn, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and demonstration of professionalism and integrity.
Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
