Role Summary

Job Description

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day technical support activities, assisting with various IT-related tasks and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical support to users and resolve IT issues.
  • Assist in the maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements (SLA).
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions.

  • Support the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.

Job Requirements

Any education background (Information Technology).

Effective and skillful communication skills.

Great interpersonal skills and social competency.

Own transportation is an advantage.
