Job Description
The Live Stream Assistant Intern will be responsible for assisting in the setup of livestream sessions, including equipment and background arrangements. The intern will support operations on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram by managing product displays, viewer interactions, and order tracking. Coordination with hosts to ensure smooth broadcasts, preparation of materials, monitoring engagement, recording sales data, and handling related marketing tasks are part of the role. The internship is based in Gelugor, Penang, with working hours around 3pm to 12am, and is open to fresh graduates or current Diploma/Degree students.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin, with basic English and Malay communication skills.
Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, Broadcasting, or related fields.
Passionate about livestream, e-commerce, and online content.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of TikTok, Shopee Live, or Douyin Live is an advantage.
