
The Internship Livestream Operation is responsible for overseeing daily livestream operations and ensuring high content standards. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing viewer engagement and optimizing livestream strategies for sales or campaigns.
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of livestreams, coordinate schedules for hosts, and tackle any operational challenges that arise. You will also analyze performance metrics and collaborate with various departments to align livestream efforts with market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualification in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or similar disciplines.
Enthusiasm for livestreaming, influencer marketing, or online retail operations.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Facebook Live is advantageous.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory), with basic skills in English and Malay.
