Job Description
In the Internship Logistics (Event Operations) role at GogoKids, you will engage in day-to-day tasks that support the planning and execution of events. You will work closely with the operations team, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing event kits, merchandise, and materials according to packing lists.
- Conduct stock counting and labeling of event materials.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements for event supplies.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient operations.
- Support the operations team during event days as needed.
- Ensure all packing duties are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline event processes.
Job Requirements
Preferably a student in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
Physically able to handle light to moderate packing duties.
Strong attention to detail, responsible, and organized.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel is an added advantage.
