As a People & Culture Intern, you will play a vital role in enhancing our hiring processes and promoting our employer brand. Your responsibilities will include screening candidates for entry-level positions, coordinating interviews, and developing engaging content for our social media platforms. Additionally, you will assist in organizing university engagement initiatives such as career fairs and internship programs, helping to foster connections with potential talent and showcasing our vibrant company culture.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for employer branding and talent acquisition.
Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
