Job Description
As a People & Culture Intern, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of the HR department, focusing on recruitment and employer branding. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to various projects and initiatives that connect the company with potential talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen candidates for entry-level positions.
- Coordinate interviews with potential hires.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in organizing university engagement initiatives such as career fairs.

Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for employer branding and talent acquisition.
Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
