Role Summary
The Internship Project Executive is responsible for assisting in the management and execution of various projects. This role involves collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Job Description
The Project Executive position is based at Millerz Square, Old Klang Road, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The role includes a variety of tasks that support project management and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project summaries.
- Attend briefings and meetings.
- Manage sales charts and data.
- Coordinate with developers and colleagues.
- Handle feedback and complaints from stakeholders.
- Assist agents with project-related inquiries.
- Submit reports on project progress.
- Update focus groups on project matters.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Computer literate, fast learner, and independent.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Office products.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
Internet savvy.
Must possess own transport.
Must be outspoken.
