Job Description
The Management Trainee will participate in a structured development program within the Digital Process Optimization team. The role involves rotating through different departments to understand and improve digital processes, focusing on data safety, productivity, and user-friendliness of internal systems. The trainee will assist in assessing, proposing, and implementing digital solutions to optimize internal operations and support data security and compliance.
Job Requirements
A recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital tools, process optimization, and improving data security.
Basic knowledge or eagerness to learn about data safety, user experience design, and productivity tools.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to suggest creative digital solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Enthusiasm for improving operational efficiency and enhancing user experiences through digital solutions.
