
The ProTech Assistant Manager (IT) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of ICT infrastructure and Managed Services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal performance and reliability while coordinating project delivery and managing service provisioning.
In this role, you will engage in the daily management of ICT operations, collaborating with internal teams and acting as a liaison between clients and stakeholders. You will also provide advanced technical support and monitor service performance to drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure and Managed Services.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
