
The Internship Receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests at the restaurant. This role involves managing reservations, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a Restaurant Receptionist, you will engage with guests, manage reservations, and assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will also handle online delivery orders and support the restaurant floor during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Students seeking internship in hospitality, customer service, or food & beverage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills (reservation systems or POS is a plus).
