Job Description

As a Recruiter Intern at HIREDLY, you will gain practical experience in addressing hiring needs and placing quality candidates. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters learning and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

Students in their last semester or recent graduates from various disciplines are welcome to apply.

Any related work experience is a plus.

A strong interest in recruitment and headhunting.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Comfortable engaging in conversations with clients virtually and over the phone.
