
The Internship Recruitment Intern is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment processes while collaborating with different departments to fulfill hiring needs.
As a Recruitment Intern, you will engage in day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews. You will also participate in employer branding initiatives through university events and career fairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
Comfortable conducting phone screenings and interacting with candidates.
Experience in recruitment through university events or a previous internship will be an added advantage.
