The Internship - Sales & Retail (Central) is responsible for enhancing the customer experience at CD Stores. The role involves engaging with customers and supporting non-sales services while gaining valuable insights into the retail environment.
Job Description
The intern will be trained on the overall customer journey and will assist front-facing customers requiring non-sales services at CD Stores. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a tech-savvy approach to engage effectively with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in morning briefings to align with store objectives.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Support the store with non-sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service.
- Adapt quickly to the retail environment and customer needs.
Job Requirements
Currently studying and fulfilling internship period (Degree)
Physically fit and able to work in a retail environment
Commit to minimum internship placement period
Able to commute independently to designated CD Store
Fluent in Malay and English, with other dialects as an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative in content creation for social media
Ability to handle customers and develop good relationships
