Role Summary
The Internship - Sales & Retail is responsible for assisting customers and supporting the retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers and contributing to the overall customer journey in CD Stores across various regions.
Job Description
As an intern, you will be trained on the overall customer journey and assigned to assist customers requiring non-sales services at CD Stores. You will support the store by creating engaging content for social media platforms and help drive customer digital adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with non-sales transactions.
- Support the Retail Leader and Specialists in daily operations.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Drive customer digital adoption initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide feedback on customer experiences to improve services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Job Requirements
Currently studying and fulfilling internship period (Degree)
Physically fit and able to work in a retail environment
Commit to minimum internship placement period
Able to commute independently to designated CD Store
Fluency in Malay and English, with other dialects as an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Social media literate and creative in content creation
