The Internship Social Media (Xiao Hong Shu) is responsible for executing creative marketing strategies aligned with GogoKids’ objectives. This role involves managing content for Xiaohongshu and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance marketing efforts.
Job Description
In this dynamic internship, you will engage in daily brainstorming sessions and execute innovative marketing ideas. You will work closely with teams across business development, design, and development to create compelling social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas aligned with GogoKids’ goals.
- Manage and curate content specifically for Xiaohongshu, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Create social media content, including short-form videos and graphics, that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations to improve engagement.
- Experiment with new strategies to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and leverage new opportunities for growth hacking.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or equivalent.
Passionate about social media and content creation, especially Xiaohongshu.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Mandarin (Mandarin is a must).
A knack for creative thinking, innovation, and a drive for growth hacking strategies.
Self-motivated and a team player.
Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen.
