Role Summary
The Internship Supply Chain Intern is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Management activities. This role provides an opportunity to learn about vendor and supplier management while assisting the Supply Chain team in various tasks.
Job Description
The intern will engage in day-to-day activities that involve learning and understanding the intricacies of Supply Chain Management. The work environment is collaborative, allowing the intern to gain hands-on experience while supporting team members with documentation and other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing vendor and supplier relationships.
- Support the Supply Chain team with documentation work.
- Participate in supply chain planning and execution activities.
- Help in data entry and maintenance of supply chain records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve supply chain processes.
- Conduct research on suppliers and market trends.
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Self-driven and willing to learn, adapt, and accept new challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage time well.
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
