As an intern in talent acquisition, you will assist in sourcing candidates through various online platforms, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews. You'll also conduct initial phone screenings and manage social media accounts to enhance employer branding. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment and social media engagement while working from home.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Interest in recruitment and the HR industry
