The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure. This role involves managing computer systems, servers, storage, networks, and mobile devices to support the organization's IT needs.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include providing hardware and software support, performing system administration, and implementing security measures. You will also participate in ITSM activities while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operation of local IT infrastructure.
- Provide hardware and software support for IT systems.
- Perform system administration via Active Directory and Ivanti.
- Implement security fixes and configure network devices.
- Participate in incident and change management activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Over 3 years of experience in an Information Technology role.
Proficiency in IT hardware troubleshooting for HP and Dell equipment.
Experience with Desktop and Server Management (Active Directory, Software Deployment).
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes.
