Job Description
The IT Infrastructure Analyst ensures the seamless operation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, managing computer systems, servers, storage, networks, and mobile devices. Key duties include providing hardware and software support, performing system administration via Active Directory and Ivanti, implementing security fixes, and configuring network devices. You will also participate in ITSM activities like incident and change management while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Over 3 years of experience in an Information Technology role.
Proficiency in IT hardware troubleshooting for HP and Dell equipment.
Experience with Desktop and Server Management (Active Directory, Software Deployment).
Skilled in MS 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts and processes.
Basic network support experience including WAN, SD-WAN, and Firewall.
Proven experience in implementing IT projects and strong problem-solving skills.
