Job Description
The IT Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Subang is responsible for the property's technology planning, decision-making, and maintenance. You will manage network operations, hardware/software lifecycles, and security protocols while ensuring systems align with brand standards. This role involves coordinating with vendors and property executives to troubleshoot issues, implement new applications, and support the hotel’s overall digital infrastructure to enhance guest experiences.
Job Requirements
BS/BA degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar IT leadership position.
Experience in Marriott Systems Support or Global Field Services is desirable.
Relevant professional IT certifications are preferred.
Proficiency in network administration, hardware maintenance, and data recovery.
Ability to manage projects, budgets, and compliance with IR policies.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
Excellent interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
